I bet that some of you are wondering... 'What is a chat thread?'. A chat thread is a thread created for chatting, about anything! It's your basic chatbox, but better, because you get posts in while you chat. You can talk about anything CHILD-FRIENDLY in RPM CTs (Chat Threads). Chat Threads will never be locked, unless if the owner of the thread wants it to be (if you want your CT closed, please notify a member of the staff). In the title, you may see something other than CT, MCT. MCT stands for Monthly Chat Thread. A MCT is a chat thread set up on a monthly basis. At the end of that month, the MCT for that month is locked (locked means that the thread is closed and you can't post on it anymore). You can never post on that MCT again. But, good news, each month a new MCT is made. NOTE: On other websites, members are allowed to make the MCT if it is not already made. On RPM, the only person allowed to make the MCT is Maggie. If I add another person, there name will be posted on this thread. Most websites have something called a DCT (Daily Chat Thread). I have had to deal with DCT's before, and it is not fun waking up early and having to post them. So, we have the MCTs instead. I hope that all of this info about Chat Threads helps! Have fun chatting!
